Elul II

The sixth month on the Jewish calendar is “Elul”. During this month, you should be aware that the Lord is examining your life to see where you have held Him in disrespect. It is your responsibility to discover, in partnership with God, any sinful behavior in your life and repent for that activity; remembering that as you walk in a spirit of contrition and holiness, you are defeating satan! Historically, this is the month of personal examination of one’s thoughts or feelings as well as remembering and repenting for transgressions. The month of Elul is considered a season of divine grace. Allow the Holy Spirit to direct you to repent for anything you have done secretly or openly. Find your place in the camps or ministries of the Lord. There is more to Elul than preparation alone; it is also a time of giving and prayer. This is the month to pray like you’ve never prayed before. So pray continually, asking the Lord for divine assistance and insight - don’t let the enemy steal your time, take it back in the name of Jesus! It is important to know that during this month, rewards will manifest because of what you’ve done in the Spirit realm. The purpose of this month is to bring you into the presence of the Lord by renewing your relationship with Him  . Let nothing rob you of that privilege , in Jesus’ Name!
