Saying NO ~

" No can be a beautiful word , every bit as beautiful as "yes "   . I refuse to be mute !  When you push past limits , there's a good chance of being hurt or used . I've had some hard painful lessons to learn  again . Saying "no " can be right  . I refuse to let old habits that takes our energy and robs us of our inner joy  . I can't always say yes  !  ....just to be distracted from our purpose .  I believe women are pushed to the outer edge of always giving  , but we feel like we are coming up empty inside  . Watching my own Mother say  " NO " ....at her age of 72 , is giving me the courage to set my own boundaries !  Speaking the language  of no is a good place  to be  .~
