Island Breeze Fruit Salad
A creamy and delicious frozen treat that serves as a fruitier alternative to ice cream.
... Things you will need:
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 cup white sugar
1 (15 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 (15 ounce) can peaches, drained
1 (16 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 (10 ounce) package frozen strawberries, thawed
3 bananas, diced
3/4 cup chopped walnuts
In a large bowl, cream together the cream cheese and sugar. Add in the pineapple , peaches, whipped topping and strawberries and mix well. Stir in bananas and walnuts. Chill for 2 hours OR for a crispier, frozen treat, freeze for 4 to 6 hours or overnight. Remove from fridge or freezer 1 to 2 hours before serving. *Optional* Top with more fresh fruit. Enjoy!
