Pray ~

Yesterday people gathered throughout the day at our church to pray for our nation, churches, families, leaders, and for the elections. During that time a few of us painted to live worship. It was such a sweet, powerful, and precious time. This is my painting. I call it "Esther's Intercession"...inspired by the historical account of Queen Esther interceding on behalf of her people when the evil Haman plotted a devious plan to annihilate the Jews. She fasted, prayed, and risked her life by going before the King, and God responded with deliverance for all her people. I wish it to be an encouragement to you that God is still there to bring hope, solutions and deliverance when we call upon Him no matter the odds. May you be blessed with knowing that He is there for you and He loves you dearly!
